The Nanny will be expected to inspire the children and embrace the activities and outdoor pursuits on the doorstep within the private Estate which is the family home, in New Forest and on the beach.

Most of the families food is home grown, a keen cook with a natural understanding and knack for creating nutritious fresh meals for the children is key when the family cook is off duty.

Confident, initiative, willingness, ‘muck in’, friendly, team member, active, outdoorsy, loves the country and animals, the sea and possibly sailing.

The working hours will be 7 am until 7 pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for babysitting and/or proxy parenting as required.
A car driver is essential and a vehicle will be provided for nursery duties. The accommodation is a separate apartment in the family home, consisting of bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and lounge with its own Sky TV.

Long term the family plan to renovate a stable cottage, providing completely separate accommodation, this will be located very close to the main house.

Holiday travel will be required and the family also have a home in London, spending occasional half terms and holidays in London where the father is based for half of his working week - the children adore catching up with their friends, visiting all of the museums and parks and soaking up the culture of London by comparison to their much loved country dwelling.

The family live on a private estate and farm in the New Forest by the sea with dogs, horses, and chickens etc. Both parents run several businesses, but are very hands on with the children. They are looking for the right nanny to join their home family team and settle in for the longterm.

Interviews have started for ideally a June start but happy to wait until July/August if notice period for new nanny dictates.
